Privacy Rights Infrastructure

Under the GDPR guidelines, customers hold new privacy rights concerning their privacy rights. Motus Learning have established internal processes to accommodate these rights.

Right to Access

Every user has the right to request and obtain any data or information they have shared about themselves in the app without requital, regardless if the project is active.

Right to Modification

Every user of the web application has the right to change or modify their personal details at any point of time. Apart from the access to change the standard login and password, they should be able to correct any data that requires turning to a dispatcher.

Right to Transfer

Every web application user holds the right to transfer all of their information from one source to another sources.

Right to Erasure

If a user decides that they want to delete their application account, then their personal data will also be automatically erased without the need for special requests.

Right to Know if your Data has Been Hacked

In the rare case that your data is hacked, Motus Learning will contact the National Supervisory Authority of Serious Data Breaches immediately and the users will be notified both of the hack and appropriate measures.
